comics will be done when comics are done =A= this year i have big ol' evil exams coming up so i dont have time and particularly not the energy to be working on comics when i don't really feel like it. i'm sorry! Dx but really, the year's flying on me, i dunno where the time's going so i can't really spare it at the moment xD
I found my folder of in progress comics which i figure will never be finished so i was gonna post them as they are and just throw the dialogue on top but Photoshop is being a bitch with fonts so that'll be another day. Though...

News/Nuisance post.
A quickish word on stuff in the works at the moment. As you may have noticed it takes me a loooonnnggg time to post comics with gaps in between of up to four months =_= You may not care, but if you are curious it has to do with the SHEER AMOUNT of comics I have going at the one time. Plus I draw my own original art and other stuff and having an life*cough* and so on....

okay, the ancafe comic has to be posted, but first, short message: dear children, there are few things i find more annoying particularly with this journal is WHEN PEOPLE ADD IT AND THEN FOR NO REASON UN-ADD IT A WHILE LATER. IT'S REALLY FRUSTRATING to comb through 140-odd people looking for someone who un-added, usually because they want to tidy up their friends lists or something.
First of all: why did you add it? I only add people who add it first so it was you who created the 'clutter' yourself. If you're going to delete it off later, when like it's superly active or anything anyway
Second: it hardly like I'm spamming people's friend's pages with shitloads of posts everyday. The one every quarter of a year or whenever i get them done won't kill you. I suppose i could just not friend anybody since it's not neccessary for viewing the stuff but I just like to keep my own pages tidy I suppose. it looks weird to see someone's art journal as "also friend of" on someone elses page. If you're deleting an account I understand but could you not delete it rather tthan let it lying there, all not-crossed-out and stuff?

I think recently on one of the many dir en grey LJ communities I watch someone posted somethign to do with the whole Wed13/Diru friendship thing and something occured to me that I never thought about before - like Dir en grey or whatever band I draw will never find my junk. But Wednesday 13 are diru obsessed and they speak english what if Pig found them? soo ehh... yeah. This is pretty much my thoughts on that.

Yeah I asked this in passing a while ago and alot of people actually did kind of vote which I acknowledged and thne forgot about.. :/ oops. Anyway about Diru comic VS Gazette comic the results are..
well. Diru won by almost double but really I think that was to be expected...:
+ Long (16 pages of adventure approx) Dir en Grey comic -+ 13 votes +
+ Gazette comic -----------------------------------------+ 7 votes +
Diru got 13 which is my favourite number so thats kind of good :D But I think Gazette getting seven is pretty decent but I have no idea what I want to with them in terms of their own comic yet.
WELL THAT WAS ALL VERY INTERESTING It was nice to hear people's opinions, thank you! ^-^
Neither of them is going to be the next comic however. Well probably not.
I just finished sketching four A4 pages of comic which makes it my longest single comic yet :3 |

I know it's kind of late but, yeah ok so here's the deal
dunno if anyone is interested in this or not but I'm doing a series of five christmas cards - kind of like how there's five members of dir en grey .. yeah :3 And I have two done but no else who I'd be sending cards to is into j*rock so here is the deal. The first three people who want one sent to them email me with their addresses a clockwork_star@hotmail.com or alternatively you could msn messenger me at the same address if you're online now and give me the details.
The cards i have done(are already taken) are 'kaoru' and 'kyo' - i named them after the band members for simplicity and also because that member and at least one other j*rocker features on the cover of the card and they're also on the back.
The cards left are
'shinya'
'toshiya'
and 'die'.
i plan to send them out on monday so I can only hope the actually arrive before christmas >_<' I'll post a collection of the images on the cards when i think they should have arrived at their destination. So it'd be nice if you let me know ;3
Ok, I'll do ONE Gazette card for the first maniac Gazette fan who begs it. Because I got alot of requests for a gazette comic and I don't know when I'm going to get around to it x_x
and because I want to draw a Santa Ruki >D
The cards are quarter fold A4 card traditionally drawn, inked and coloured my monself - not edited on the computer like I normally do :3
so there you go - take it or leave it
